Meet Sam
Hello, I’m Sam.
I started in weddings: one, two, sometimes three a weekend, about a hundred all up. I learned more about people and light than any course could teach, and it burned me out. So I moved into real estate film and spent six years building HOUSE HYPE into a studio with a team and a workflow.
That team gave me my weekends back. So I’m returning to the thing I love most, with a rule I didn’t have the first time: a small number of weddings a year, each one given everything I’ve got. You’ll have a good time with us on the day. Then you’ll have the film forever.

I’ve filmed the first look, the speech that falls apart, and the first dance a hundred times over. I know where to stand and when to leave you alone.
Led by me, every time
I film every wedding myself. On The Story and The Heirloom a second filmmaker works beside me, so nothing is missed while I’m with the two of you.

I don’t do average. Every edit gets the time it needs, because I only take on fifteen to thirty weddings a year.
